I had to leave One day earlier but had to pay the full Price. That was not ok. The View of the hotel is Not As good As described.

It was super easy to get to the historic centre from the hotel, with a train station nearby. the location was really convenient and perfect for sightseeing. the room was comfortable, clean and spacious, with an efficient air conditioning system. the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
The breakfast was not very varied and didn't meet our expectations.

Hotel Central has a good position for both walking to the old city center and to the Archeological Park. The personnel were all very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable with good view.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the modern and clean environment. the breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of fruits, cakes, cheese, eggs and cereals. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to assist with anything I needed. the hotel's location was also perfect, as it was just a short walking distance from the main attractions and public transportation.
One minor issue I had was with the size of the bed. It was a bit small and uncomfortable for me.

Nice room, perfect location right next to the station
Breakfest could be improved (E.G. coffee machine instead of normal coffee served)

Very poor breakfast (coffee from automatic dispenser was very disappointing). Had a room with sea view on the 3rd floor (304), but was mostly overlooking the buildings at the other side of the street. Very noisy once you opened the balcony door. No curtain in shower. Name of hotel somewhat deceiving as it was a rather long walk from the centre of Ortygia, but convenient only for trasport as it's next to the bus station. Staff at reception didn't speak much english. Overall, a disappointing stay.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, as it was just opposite a cheap supermarket which was super convenient. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room itself was well-appointed, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The terrace also provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this venue.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Just returned from a weekend in Syracuse and our hotel was great! the breakfast was amazing with plenty of local specialities for us to try. the staff were super friendly and gave us great advice on local restaurants and things to do. The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short stroll away from the main attractions and with easy access to the highway. Plus, the room was clean, well-appointed and had a fantastic view!
While we enjoyed our stay in general, we did have a small issue with the lack of mirrors in our room. It would have been great to have one in the bedroom as well as the bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and close to the city center, making it easy to use public transportation. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, even opening the breakfast room early for us to catch our early train. I also appreciated the lovely view from the breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel.
Nothing.
